Every 12 months landlords are legally obliged to have a gas safety inspection conducted by a competent gas engineer. This includes an inspection of all gas appliances to ensure their safe operation, a test of the gas pipework in the house ensure there are no leaks, and testing of safety devices.

We hold the BPEC qualification for installing and servicing unvented cylinders. It is important to get your unvented cylinder serviced regularly and this should only be done by a qualified engineer.
